The Publisher is solely and exclusively responsible for the quality and legitimacy of the traffic and clicks received by Google ads shown on our site. The Publisher agrees to the obligation to closely monitor all ad traffic to avoid generating invalid traffic and to comply with Google Program Policies.

3. Prohibition of Clicking Own Ads

The Publisher (including the site owner, employees, representatives, or third parties under their instructions) is strictly prohibited from clicking their own ads, or using manual or automated tools for the purpose of artificially inflating impressions and/or clicks, for any reason whatsoever. Violation of these prohibitions may lead to the immediate and irreversible disabling of the AdSense account.

4. Avoiding Unreliable Partners

The Publisher strictly undertakes to avoid partnering with unreliable parties, including low-quality ad networks, search engines, or directory sites that pose a risk of generating invalid traffic contrary to Google AdSense policies.

5. Account Suspension Risk and Compliance

The Publisher undertakes to continuously ensure full compliance with the Terms of Service with Google, the Google Publisher Policies, and the Webmaster Quality Guidelines. We accept the right of Google to stop ad serving on our site and/or disable our AdSense account at any time without prior warning if these policies are not complied with. In the event the account is disabled, we will not have the right to further participation in this program.

6. Third-Party Ad Disclaimer

AdSense ads shown on our site may include content, products, or services from third parties served through the Google network. The Publisher is in no way responsible for the content, accuracy, quality, or legality of these third-party ads or external links. The opinions and commitments expressed in the advertisements do not bind the publisher, and the publisher accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or legal claim arising from the advertisements or advertiser sites.
